ROOMS and PRICES

In our house we are pleased to welcome guests, families and by arrangement also pets. Smoking is allowed only outside the house. Prices are per apartment/room, per night, for two people, taxes included. Extra beds are extra.

Arrival

Check-in by appointment. If you arrive after 16:00, please let us know in advance. Check-out for guests and their cars is at 10:00 a.m. Departures after 10 a.m. are to be agreed upon, provided that subsequent bookings allow it.

Breakfast 

If breakfast is desired, an Italian breakfast with cappuccino or coffee / tea, rusks, jam, butter and croissant could be served for 5 € / person.

No breakfast ist offered when booking the apartment.

Parking

We provide our guests with 1 parking space per apartment/room. Parking is at your own risk. We are not liable for any damage to your vehicle during your stay.

Minimum stay

In low season the minimum stay is two days. In the middle and high season the minimum stay is three days.

Prices, deposits and payments

All taxes are included in the prices. Prices are in Euro (€) and are per apartment/room with two people, per night. Extra beds are on payment. For stays of 2 nights or more, a deposit of 30% will be charged. Payments are made to the account:

Cancellation fees

For reservations cancelled or modified 28 days prior to arrival, we will refund the deposit less a penalty of 10% (minimum 25 € per apartment). In case of cancellation between 27th and 7th calendar days prior to arrival, 50% of the total price will be charged. For cancellations made less than 7 calendar days prior to arrival, no-show, or reduction of stay will be charged 100% of the total amount. Early departure of the guest, for whatever reason, is not considered a reason for a refund.
